De Say No to Fast food |
and Dinner was: almost all raw:
broccoli flowers and steams, baby carrots, toped with cheese. mine had some sliced turkey lunch meat and some left over rice. and for something hot, some sweet potatoes, on top of that we ate a delicious fruit salad that consisted in grapes, one kiwi sliced, sliced orange and sliced banana.
The mood: too much exercise this day. I was totally tired after a 2:30 hrs walk around. We are trying our best to keep ourselves healthy and this was part of it happy that the third day was a success but... I didn't get to write in the blog as fast as I wanted so... Oh well but I manage to get a picture here. :D
moneys: we ate very little I think we spent pretty much the same amount of money than yesterday. yays
