This day was more and more difficult, I really thought that today I was not going to make it.
The main reason why i tought I was not going to make it was because the little time I had today to get any food but I think I managed very well.
Breakfast: Today was biscuits with cheese. with a side of water and some soy milk.
simple. Holly got up early and baked some biscuits from a can (enough to last a couple of days).
I know this was not the best choice of the day but it was pretty comforting I think that if I eat cereal and milk too often I'll drive myself insane.
Lunch: this was my main concern, but Holly saved the day with some sandwiches she got at HEB, surprisingly one of those was enough to keep me from hunger till 8pm. but it came with a price she spent around 13 dollars on that, she got a soda and some nuts for me and she also got a sandwich all and all I think it was the same amount of money we could have spent at a fast food joint..
Snack: Today we were bad, we had a snack at Linds place she gave us a really fancy nice bread when we showed up today that slice was awesome :D
Dinner: Pasta night, tortelinis with veggies, we used a whole grain pasta and I boiled lots of veggies to eat them with the food. The food was good but probably a little too much for my dear wife. Anyhow I think this was good and simple:
pasta, broccoli cut in small pieces, baby carrot, shrooms, corn in a cub, and frozen veggies. all with salt and pepper. Not only was good and cheap, but also very healthy :D
Food mood: Hungry a little bit and I also had a soda today that kind of sadden my personal objectives but it was there and I had no other thing to drink. Time can be the worst part of this challenge.
