Today has been a good day, thought I had my real serious craving for fast food too, maybe because I'm kind of dehydrated, Nevertheless I could manage to survive the day today. I am happier now that at least I make some bucks; it could be better but I'm hanging there. But you are probably more interested in what the hell I ate today to avoid my fast food challenge... not really but I'll assume that
Breakfast of Champions and that means biscuits and cheese. and a glass of soy milk for me, look Mama I am a good boy :D
then the day was work and then come back home walking... I made it home in less time but I was still tired. I arrived home and loved on my dog and my kitty and then to the kitchen to make the food.
Lunch: omelet, rice and banana...
ingredients:
- 2 eggs (mixed like
- 1/2 cup of chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup of diced carrot
- 1/2 an onion chopped
- olive oil
- rice (made on the ricemaker same as usual I used some leftovers XD)
- one banana per person pealed and sliced in half.
the omelet is simple, pour oil over a frying pan and let it heat for a little while, once the oil is hot trow the onion, and fry it, until tender or when it starts to get golden. after that add the carrot, and the broccoli. Fry them for a little while. when it's about to be pour the eggs and wait till is a little bit consistent, then flip it. If you can' t flip it just try to make all the egg to get in contact with the heat so it will cook. Finally serve with a side of rice and the bananas on top.
Here is a very not glamorous picture of the dish. But it tastes better than it looks. And it takes about 20 minutes to make.
